We conduct ice climbing sessions on the natural relief – on ice cascades and walls. There are gentle, vertical, overhanging walls – so, the training program can be organized for beginners and experienced ice climbers who want to improve their skills – no matter which location is chosen, there will be many interesting routes in each. The program includes trainings for work in crampons, with ice tools, ice fifi, ice screws and training in various techniques of ice climbing.
Locations: Ala-Archa gorge (Shartkaratma or Aksai icefall), Issyk-Ata.

2. Season: November – March (Shartkaratma, Issyk-Ata), year around (Ak-Sai glacier)

7. Accommodation: not required (for Shartkaratma and Issyk-Ata) and required if sessions are organized on the Ak-Sai glacier

17:00 – 18:00 Descent to the alpine camp
18:00 – 19:00 Return to the Bishkek
If the Ak-Sai glacier was selected as the training location:
1 day: 8:00 – 9:00 Transfer from Bishkek to the alpine camp
9: 00- 12:00 Ascent to the Ratseka station
12: 00-13:00 Snack and rest
13:00 – 17:00 Hiking
17:00 – 20:00 Dinner and rest
2 day: 8:00 – 9:00 Breakfast and ascent to Ak-Sai glacier
9: 00- 14:00 Ice climbing trainings
14: 00-14: 30 Descent to the Ratseka station
14:30 – 15:00 Snack
15:00 – 17:00 Descent to the alpine camp
17:00 – 18:00 Return to Bishkek
If a frozen waterfall in Issyk-Ata was selected as the training location:
1 day: 7:00 – 9:00 Transfer from Bishkek to the mountain resort Issyk-Ata
9:00 – 10:00 Ascent to the ice cascades
10:00 – 13:00 Ice climbing trainings
13:00 – 13:30 Lunch
13:30 – 15:30 Continuation of trainings
15:30 – 16:00 Descent to the sanatoriums
16:00 – 18:00 Return to Bishkek
